Simply Press and hold the button of your choice, once the popup displays asking you if you would like to save the file as ringtone/notification click the yes button.

go into your phones settings(Menu > settings > sound & display ) and then select either "phone ringtone" or "notification ringtone". Then just select the sound from the list.

Ringtones are saved on your sd card in a folder named "Neat-O-Fun".
